"Supplier diversity isn't just a box to check; it's sound business strategy. It drives innovation, strengthens our community, and improves our bottom line."

Hi, again!

I'm TaJanna Mallory, a serial entrepreneur with a deep passion for business ownership and its transformative impact on personal and financial growth. With over 20 years of experience, I have built a diverse portfolio spanning Cannabis, Administration & Operations, Project Management, and Sports. As an accomplished entrepreneur, I help companies develop and implement diversity impact strategies to foster a more inclusive mission.

Driven by a commitment to personal and professional growth, I founded PURSUIT. to nurture impactful supplier diversity initiatives, helping organizations across industries cultivate inclusive cultures for sustainable success.

My supplier diversity work with organizations such as The National Football League and The Beck Group involved vetting and pairing local trade partners with national contract holders for high-profile projects and events. Additionally, I am committed to training and educating diverse small businesses in the cannabis and other industries to prepare them for contract opportunities with nationwide companies.

My dedication to advocating for women and minority small business owners is evident through my focus on supplier diversity and social equity initiatives. I actively engage with organizations like Minorities for Medical Marijuana (M4MM), Women in Sports and Events (WISE), and The Orenda Foundation to advance equitable opportunities and promote diversity.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I find joy in floral design, traveling the world, reading, and cooking.

Thank you for visiting our website. Let's create something impactful together!
